Speaking of excavator maintenance, this is a very headache for many engineers. First, it is a waste of time. Second, it is very upset. So for many engineers, they will try their best to understand the knowledge of excavator maintenance. Here is a brief introduction of excavator maintenance. Examples of excavator failure maintenance.
I. No movement in the whole machine operation
Manipulating the excavator from the handle, the upper arm, the lower arm and the shovel did not move.
Manipulation check: Manipulation reversal and walking at the same time;
Cause analysis: If there is no movement in reversal and walking, the safety rod can be defective.
Maintenance recommendations:
1. Repair the safety rod solenoid valve, if the connecting power supply can not work properly, it can be the coil burned out or the valve core stuck, need to replace the solenoid valve;
2. The solenoid valve can work normally. It can be the damage of gear pump or the failure of pilot relief valve, which results in the failure of the pilot circuit to establish pressure. It needs to measure the pilot pressure to confirm whether the main pump can be damaged or not and whether it needs to be replaced.
Second, the upper arm, the lower arm and the bucket cylinder are powerless to accept the external swing of the machine.
Manipulation check: Measure the pressure of main relief valve;
Cause analysis: the main relief valve pressure is too low, that is, a very small load will be turned over, resulting in hydraulic oil indirect return tank, working device can not carry forward its due function;
Maintenance suggestion: adjust the pressure of main relief valve to the rule value of operation instruction.
Third, the external swing of the receiving machine of the big arm, the small arm and the shivering cylinder is slow.
Manipulation check: confirm working form, engine speed, and measure pilot pressure;
Cause analysis: the slow speed is caused by insufficient flow rate of the operating device, too small pilot pressure, the valve core can not be fully opened; whether the form selection is micro-manipulation or simple manipulation, which reduces the speed of the initiator and reduces the flow rate of the main pump; the flow control valve is blocked in the open or open form;
Maintenance recommendations:
1. Adjust the pilot pressure to the value required in the manual.
2. When choosing the exact working form, it is impossible to choose the form, or the pilot indicator has been switched, but the speed and flow of the engine have not changed, the trouble of the controller will be checked.
3. Whether the flow solenoid valve is in working form or not.
