2. Special attention should be paid to dismantling and assembling pipe joints
When replacing hydraulic oil, it is necessary to disassemble and assemble all joints. Workers must first take protective measures, not stand in the place of oil leakage, and then disassemble when confirming that there is no pressure in the pipeline. When disassembling and assembling, special attention should be paid not to damage the joint surface and thread of all joints in the hydraulic system.
3. Pay attention to the exhaust of hydraulic pumps and cylinders
After filling the hydraulic oil and connecting the pipe joints, the residual air in the hydraulic pump and cylinder must be discharged again. If it is not discharged, the residual air will cause bad lubrication, vibration, noise and performance degradation.
4. The time for changing hydraulic oil should not be too long.
Excavator hydraulic oil replacement is generally normal in half a day, remember not to continue to change overnight, the general night temperature will be reduced, moisture in the air is easy to form water vapor, condensate into droplets or frost, after entering the system will cause metal parts rust, if corroded, then replace the hydraulic pump. If so, it will be very troublesome.
5. Do not turn on the engine without filling up the hydraulic oil
When hydraulic oil does not travel all over the machine, that is, when the engine is not full, it will cause great harm to the machine and the staff around it if it is started in this situation.
